HHO hydrogen generator was 15 now 23 Plate 4in.dia.TEST # 2

Hello,there were issues with my 15 plate design.For 1,I found out that with 4in.dia. inside a 5in. canister was creating a loss of HHO production due to hydrogen lock ,sorta like vapor lock in hot temps. so I added 8 more plates and carved on the edges till my now....23 plate HHO gen. fit neatly inside a 4in. hole of ABS drain tubing.
