HHO Generator 30 liters per hour

This is my first acrylic HHO Generator. It has 12 stainless plates in it and is 12"W x 12"H x 6"D, and hold almost 3 gallons of water. I have 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda in the water and wanted to test the output. We tested it 5 times and had an average time of 50 seconds to fill a .5 liter bottle, results in 30 liters per hour. Please comment and let me know if you have any suggestions to make it better. If any one know how to measure the amps please let me know, that is next.
